  1. Hey, i dont know if this is only my problem but this "new" versione of software have some problem "Riing RGB Radiator Fan TT Premium Edition_Setup_2.1.5_x86" First BUG: the fan does not increase speed as the temperature rises. Second BUG: the program no autostart minimized The old version is working better.
  2. Ok Guys, after a lot of message with official support., you can found the last version of compatible software here !! Please take a look at our TT RGB Guide. The fan you are mentioning, CL-F051-PL14SW-A (and subsequently, its 120mm equivalent CL-F049-PL12SW-A), are only officially compatible with the software provided to them through their product site and TT Premium Purchase site. It was never officially compatible with the TT RGB PLUS Software, as it is not a PLUS Product. Any compatibility and usability between the two generations is incidental.
  3. OK Man, i solve that problem !! TT RGB Plus 1.2.6 IS NOT COMPATIBLE !! with that product "Riing 14 RGB Radiator Fan TT Premium Edition" "CL-F051-PL14SW-A" Checking on the official site you have a link to the correct old software named "Riing RGB Radiator Fan TT Premium Edition" but OPS! - 404 - File or directory not found, https://usa.thermaltake.com/newsletter/RiingRGB_RadiatorFanTT_PremiumEdition_V102.zip ####!! So i go to the Riing 12 page http://it.thermaltake.com/Cooler/Case_Fan_/Riing/C_00003016/Riing_Plus_12_RGB_Radiator_Fan_TT_Premium_Edition_3_Fan_Pack_/design.htm and watch what they make you download !! http://it.thermaltake.com/db/support/software/RiingPlusRGBTtPremiumEdition_Setup.rar from the link it seems correct but look what's inside.... TT RGB Plus_Setup_1.1.6_x86.exe !! IT'S NOT COMPATIBLE !! The only software compatible by now with "Fan TT Premium Edition" is theRiing RGB Radiator Fan TT Premium Edition software from here http://usa.thermaltake.com/newsletter/RiingRGB_RadiatorFanTT_PremiumEdition_V102.zip Becouse i say it's not compatible ?? Because the software does not recognize the model of the device and can not write the correct settings in the file "C:\Users\$username\AppData\Roaming\Tt\RGBRiingPlus\Device.ini" [Device0]BoxType=0Profile=1Monitor= here we miss all, if you manually add the settings "1,1,0" the problem will not start becouse you miss sometingFanType= here we miss another string....FanName= Becouse i say the software not recognize the model ?? Check the device list, you can read RGB Radiator Fan ? NO ! However, the application can manages the fans but you can not disable the warning alarm ! I hope this can help ppls like me, and thanks to thermaltake for all the fantastic case but not for their programs or their support
  4. I understood which parameter should write and also where, now I have proof that this parameter is not written but I do not know what to insert. Under "C:\Users\$username\AppData\Roaming\Tt\RGBRiingPlus\Device.ini" [Device0] BoxType=0 Profile=1 Monitor= here the parameter i miss ! FanType= FanName= After i click save the only setting saved is the first two, BoxType and Profile so the software have no problem to write on this file.
  5. I make a try with a new and clean Virtual Machine and man it's not working !! Disable the Fan then Save the profile..... it's not work !!!
  6. Where is thermaltake support ? Why TT RGB software cant save setting after disabling the fan ? and please dont say "click the save button"
  7. Yes, i'm realy sure. Can i check some parameters on config file under appdata ?
  8. I cannot disable the co ntroller warning... I'm using only 2 of 3 fan, so one is disable like the photo, after saving the profile and reopening the program, the third fan is enabled again with the alert. Please help me XD that make me crazy.
