Hello, this may sound like a joke but I have been trying to find out why I couldn't mute my microphone of my USB headset via the mute button built in it. The led indicating that the mic is muted just flashed and didn't stay off as usual, like something was forcing it to re-enable it again. It took me days to find out it was the TT RGB Plus software!! As soon as I closed the software I could mute my headset again. I don't know why this can even be happening but I am sure is due to the TT RGB Plus software, probably since last update because I didn't have this problem until recently. Maybe is that Chroma connect option I didn't notice before in the software? I don't know, but my headset is an old Madcatz FREQ 5 with no rgb whatsoever. I don't know that is the TT RGB Plus software version. I'm sorry I cannot give more feedback about this issue
