Hi TT Admins, Source via MSI: https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=314711.0 Source via HWiNFO: https://www.hwinfo.com/version-history/ There appears to be a bug with the HWiNFO 32/64 causing all MSI RTX 2070/2080 Gaming X Trio lighting to be switched off. Narrowed down and found the issue was caused by TT RGB Plus software. As TT RGB Plus uses HWiNFO, it appears to happen for v1.2.6 and above. To resolve this issue, the TT RGB Plus's built-in HWiNFO has to be updated to HWiNFO v6.02 and above. As of v.1.2.7, the issue still persists. Can you guys please look into this. Thank You.
