nothing at all?

i have recently bought a Thermaltake View 71 RGB Plus case and i cannot for the life of me get the fans to work, i have changed cables and plugs but still nothing. i have the lights on but no fans. when i use the software to change it to riing plus it come up with Warning controller no.1. it is on lumi whatever that is but i cant get the fans to work. any ideas??? I have changed usb headers different cables, different plugs, usb in back of mobo but still JACK, whats the use of it if u cant use it. i have a aorus Z390 pro mainboard if that helps. i have seen alot of faults but no fixes so ill try whatever it is. thanks

i too have the same problem except mine is the other way around. i have lights but no fans. i have the Z390 aorus pro board tho. i cant even get a fan to spin FML
