    I have this same problem with the same cooleIMG_1409.HEICr. Both fans are lit and both fans do not spin. I feel the liquid cooler working but I also get an error on it. I can set them to Floe Riing RGB and control the color, but I can not use Riing Plus to adjust the fans. If the controller is bad, how do I get a new one? IMG_7468.HEIC
