I've had a BlacXduet for about 18 months now, with no problems. Recently it was not recognized on a restart, so I assumed it was the drive. I have 4 other drives so I moved the system to my Surface plugged it all back in, restarted my surface. Docked a drive...nothing. I can feel the drive spinning, but nothing is happening at all in windows explorer. Same thing on all 4 drives! Any ideas how I can troubleshoot the problem?
