So a few month ago around June, I bought a 3 pack of TT Riing RGB fans and the controller, I was using the software and everything was working fine. There was an update and now I can't change the colors they are always stuck on a red/orange. If I stop the program from running the fan colors go back to default rainbow. I have tried unplugging the cords and plugging them back in. nothing. Ive reinstalled the software 3 times. nothing.
