I've installed a 3 pack of Riing Plus 14 Premium Edition fans, connected them, and installed the software. Unfortunately, while the fans light up, the software only recognizes the 3 fans as Lumi Plus lights. Manually changing them to Riing Plus in the software only results in a fan warning - the lights stay on, but none of the fans are spinning. I've reseated the connections to no result. Anyone have an idea for a fix for this?
