  1. I have installed 4 Thermaltake Pure 20 Chilling Effect 200mm case fans in a custom computer room. It has been brought to my attention that the fan blades are spinning opposite their labelled direction as per case markings. Unfortunately the fan blades are configured in 1 mounting direction only or i could just flip them over & be done with it. This severely effects the efficiency of the air flow so i am getting probably half the volume at best. It is extremely difficult for me to believe that all 4 fan windings are backwards but this appears to be the case. They are 3 wire fans utilizing only the RED (12vdc) & the BLACK (ground) while the yellow is unused as each fan is wired & switched separately. Source is clean, operation is magnificently silent, air moves but poorly. Does anyone have any idea of a solution here? Has anyone faced this anomaly besides myself? What the heck is going on?
