  1. Hi, I have the a "Core X9" case which appears to have developed a problem with the front of case sound port. Each time the audio out port is used it causes the software to alternate when detecting a mini jack being plugged in. Also the power button also is failing to start and no power light is coming on. The case was purchased on 15/03/2016 from Scan PC uk as a custom build. I think it may be out of warranty. It has been an awesome case keeping my sons rig very cool. Is it possible to buy a complete new panel for the case, which holds the power botton usb ports and audio ports? As shown in 2019-09-30 044 Initially the sound stopped working on the rear audio port (green) ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING Mobo. When we plugged in the headset into the front port the auto detection flashed between options as if it was seeing a fault on the front panel mini jack audio out port Unplugging the panel from the connection to the mother board Marked 18 (photo 2019-09-30 045) to check resulted in the power switch then not working when it was reconnected. I must add that this may have been caused when a hover was used to clean the front of the case while still plugged into the mains, possibly causing static shock to the case or Power swith pannel. Anyone able to help me out Please, Fingers xsd, Sneak.
