Toughram not responing to preset changes any more

Hello people, I purchased some Toughram and it worked when I first got it, but since the update its stuck on its default setting and doesn't respond to the app any more. I have tried to uninstalling everything, deleting the files that remained and tried using the original software but nothing works. Cheers.
