    My CD/DVD drive hits capacitors and other solid state components on the motherboard... frustrating since I NEED the optical drive... my initial work around was to mount the optical drive only part way in so I could load the OS and migrate files from my primary system... once I had things loaded, I used a USB3.0 external optical drive and put the punch out back in place. A tad crude, but I'm now up and running.
