Hi all. I recently purchased the dasher RGB extended gaming mouse pad and I am having trouble getting the software to work. When I go to open the software I get the error message Device is not detected, the key settings can not be displayed. I have tried uninstalling the driver and software and reinstalling them and this has not resolved the issue. My computer is currently running windows 8 but I also tested it on my netbook and my brothers computer which are both running Windows 10. and I get the same error message. I have contacted technical support but not heard back as of yet. I am struggling to find any fixes and trouble shooting to resolve the issue. I have also tried some other software which has not resolved the issue either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
