    I still cant get my Neptune Elite RGB Blue to be recognised by my pc. I have tried downloading the latest software but it just says "PLEASE CONNECT TO THE CORRECT USB DEVICE" and i have unistall the software a number of times and im not sure what else to do if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it thanks. :0
