Please help

I have had the big red fox set for 3 day and the keyboard no longer works it is glowing the three lights in the top right over and over and when I press the keys nothing happens

I have hat the big red box set for 3 days now and the keyboard has stoped working all three lights that simnolise what’s happening like when caps lock are not working can you please give me sum tips to fix it please j have already tried turning if all off and on again
