I found the issue it was the wrong app. I have installed the correct app but now it ask me for a serial number which is not printed on the IRGP 1200W ToughPower and I throw the box any solution ?

The powersupplier ToughPower IRGB Plus 1200W is working perfectly with RGB on and all cables are connected I tried to change the location of the USB and to also put it directly to the motherboard it didn't work. My Motherboard is Asus TRX 40 E-Gaming My CPU AMD Ryzen My GPU Nvidia 2080 Operation System Windows 10 64bit
