  1. I had this issue. Found out it was my fault. I had two sets and mixed them in different channels. Once I corrected this I never had another issue with the Toughram or RGB Plus sync. It's easy to tell the set by the serial numbers. 1st set in A2 B2 second set in A1 B1 per my motherboard manual. Your manual may differ.

I am also experiencing this issue with TT RGB Plus 1.3.4 as of 05/30/2020. The work around of deleting the HWiNFO DLL files did work for me, but I agree this is ridiculous and should be fixed by Thermaltake. I have been using your products since the day's of the volcano CPU coolers and this problem has made me seriously consider moving to Corsair or NZXT for my next cooling solution. (currently using a Flow Riing 360 Premium Edition)

Same issue. I just uninstalled the software.

please CMIIW, suppose I want to use 6 Trio fans, and use the Thermaltake software, then the best way to do it is to daisy chain 2 Riing Trio Controller (if I buy 2 of the 3-pack I'll have 2 controller, one from each pack). And if I want to use 6 Trio fans and connect them to the MB (without Thermaltake software), I can just connect those fans to TT sync controller? Did I get that right

I wanted to ask, Can I sync my riing duo with riing trio with the controller in the box?

You can plug the Duos into the Trio controller but you can't plug the Trios into the Duo's controller.
