I just received my order with 3 of the RGB 12 TT Premium fans and I plugged it in and the software isn't reconizing all 3. The program says "Warning with controller 1." I currently have RGB 14 TT Premium working fine. Is the RGB 12 controller faulty and if it is can I be directed to the correct location to get a new controller.
