I bought a Thermaltake Level 20 GT ARGB full tower for my build, my mate who built it for me connected everything up and everything works but the two front fans are stock on pulsating blue but none of my software detects the fans, when i found the TT RGB Plus software to control them it states the Fan Controller is not connected (error code:H_0x0001), can anyone tell me what i need to do please Im using a Asus Rog Strix 570-E Gaming Mobo Thanks
