The box for my Level 20 RGB titanium says to use the TTRGB Plus software, but when it loads it crashes with an error code of H_0x00001. I have also tried the iTake program, which works until I logoff or reboot, than all illumination is off. The X1 RGB also fails, w/message "connect a TT device", which I have already done.

Spent hours creating and applying my 1st profile. Exported it to be sure I had it. All worked fine. Rebooted this A.M. and NO lights at all. Rebooted. No joy. Re-installed iTake software. When Itake restarted, all keys were red. Imported my profile and tried to APPLY. All keys went dark. No joy!

i know how to set the brightness of the backlight in a profile, but how can I change the current brightness from the keyboard itself. I have not found a hotkey that does it, even though the manual says there are 9 levels available. I am using a STATIC profile. Also, are there any keycaps that allow more light for the inscriptions at the bottom of the keys? I am specifically interested in the special characters to the right of the alphabetic keys.
