I have exactly this problem, Tried to reinstall the crappy software sometimes work sometimes not, wondering if TT team has something to say I'll be returning all my 14 fans if they don't provide a reasonable answer by Christmas. These are one of the most expensive fans out there is not acceptable that TT is not providing quality on their software.

I'm about to start a return on Amazon, TT RGB plus is a nightmare, I have been trying to save my configuration in a profile, which never happens, every time I restart some fans are turned off, or a controller is not detected or both, so if TT is not able to provide an acceptable answer before Christmas I'll be returning this piece of crap and switch to Corsair, is unnacceptable spending 600USD+ on fans that are not well supported.
