Edit: Figured it out, my mistake... Issue may be closed

Hello there, I am having serious issues with my 6 TT Riing quad fans. They are hooked up to my motherboard (Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro) via the internal USB Header. The software (TT RGB Plus) loads up, but the fans wont show up in the software. I bought the fans because of the possible connection to razer synapse, since this is not working for me right now, they are basically worthless. Edit: Just out of curiosity I tried the Neonmaker software, and with this piece of software all the fans are recognized. Any hints?
