Thank, I do not have that type of PSU. But still trying to figure out why I can not sync or if I plug on the addr RGB is no longer can see the controller.

I have a similar problem but with the DP100-D5 Plus. Running with Asus Crosshair VIII Dark Hero (MB). I hooked up the entire wiring as prescribed, first, without the SYNC cable and installed TT RGB Plus v1.4.2, F 3.0.3. Everything worked fine. However, when I hooked up the MB SYNC cable and attach the MB AURA Addressable Gen2 header (3-pin) and restarted, I get the same ERROR (Can not connect to controller Error Code:H_0x0001). Disconnecting from the motherboard resolved connection issue but I am not sync'd with Aura. I looked at the above but so not see a similar log file under ../Tt/TT RGB Plus. Also, what does the "RGB button" at the top bar of TT RGB Plus software do? Thanks
