Hello, I bought a three fan set up and got them in the pc, not problem. but I did need to get one more fan. before I got the fan everything was fine. I bought the new fan and got it plugged in and ready to go. now the app just tells me it "cannot connect the controller, please check the controller fan is connected". I took it apart and checked and everything was connected correctly. but still not working. I am new to the pc world and I just want the app and fans to work correctly. the fans run, they produce the lights but nothing else. Please Help?
