Hello, we are integrating systems based around a Core W100 chassis and sometimes we get scratches on the paint. Does anyone know where I can get touch up paint that blends in with the old one ? Stripping the panels and powder coating them anew is way too expensive.... Thanks.

I am looking for spare parts and for a set of mechnical drawings/solidworks model for the W100 case. I have a non-computer related application and this case is ideal for it. I want to replace the acrylic window with another mesh door, and need to completely redesign the rear panel so that it will look more professional than what I have today. I could reverse engineer the panel dimensions, but it will take a few back and forths with a fabricator to get it right that way, I don't have time for that. I sent a request to Thermaltake support over 2 weeks ago and got no answer, which is not surprising, but disappointing nevertheless. Can anybody help ? I am in Santa Clara, USA. Thank you, Stefano.
