Hi, Having a bit of an issue with the Thermaltake 71 View ARGB and an MSI MPG Z490 GP M/B. As far as I can see I've cabled correctly; sata power for the controller connected to the psu, cable connected to the JRainbow1 port on the M/B. All other parts are working. I've hooked them back out into another chassis and then back in. Problem is as soon as I switch on the PSU, the fans light for 1 second then the power cuts with a click. Have I missed something in the set up? Thanks

Hi, you'll find the cable in the white box that was shoved into one of the drive bays. As far as I'm aware you connect that to the port on the right of your photo and this connects to the JRainbow1 port on the M/B.
