I'm going to open up the keyboard and see if there is anything I can fix. Are there screws underneath the grip pads on the base?

Hi All I have a Neptune Pro Brown, about 2 and a half years old. A couple of days ago the 7, 8, 9 and * keys on the keypad completely stopped working. There was no damage, no spills, I just turned my computer on one morning and they were not working. I have tried different usb ports and a different computer, all with the same result. All other keys seem to be working fine. Backlighting is normal on all the keys including the not working ones. Any ideas on what's wrong or how to diagnose?
