I have been calling Thermaltake over the course of 9 days and still have yet to reach anyone. I have screenshots of my call logs. 27 individual call-ins to Thermaltake and NOT 1 CALL ANSWERED... Pretty ridiculous that it just cuts you off after 10 mins of waiting and tells you to leave a message. I did leave a couple messages the first few calls but those were obviously never returned either. I was trying to buy the $4950.00 arctic, liquid cooled model you had for sale on your gaming pc category but it was out of stock. I submitted a request for it and then the day later I received no response and when checking back on the webpage it was totally removed from your products..... So I know someone is there and seeing my calls and requests but choosing to ignore me. Pretty messed up because I have wanted a thermaltake case/pc for YEARS AND YEARS and now that I have the money they could care less about a 5k sale..... I have been calling and calling Thermaltake for 9 days now, over the course of a cumulative 2 hours and 28 minutes I still have yet to reach a customer service rep. I am simply trying to but a $4,900 gaming pc which said backordered. I sent a request in for it and then the PC was removed from their available products and nobody responded to me. I am growing very tired of companies poor customer service and lack of responses.
