The problem is not hardware. I can set all the buttons to light up. Poor software cannot import a setting. As far as I can see there is not much of a solution, no updates for two years. This is a bad attitude from the company. I doubt I will buy any TT product anymore if i don't get a solution.

I recently bought a Neptune Elite RGB keyboard. Unfortunately the downloadable software does not work properly. The lighting profiles cannot be imported. Even if I export any custom color assignment, it only loads full off lighting when imported. I would like to ask for help
