Northern Skull

Cant anyone help me?????

Hi all. First of all. Im from Germany, so plz excuse my bad english. Since 2 days I`m a porud owner of 3 Riing Trio 14 and 3 Riing Quad 14 Casefans. First of all I installed the TT RGB Plus Software (v1.4.4.). After that I installed the Neonmaker (v1.1.3.) to be able to creat my own RGB-Profiles. Im using 2 TT-Hubs. On Hub 1 Slot 1-3 I connected the 3 Riing Quad 14. At Slot 4 and 5 I connected two of the Riing Trio 14 Fans. On Hub 2 (jumper 1 aktiv) I connected the other Riing Trio 14 on Slot 1 and 2. I designed a profile with the Neonmaker an saved it. After that I tryed to load this Profile with en RGB-Plus-Software. But evertime I`m doing this I`ve been told that the Profile cant be loaded I have to retry it. What does I do wrong? Thanks for your Help.
