I pre-ordered an LCD Panel Kit Snow for the Tower 500. I received it but I have not been charged for it. I believe I chose the "Pre-order (Pay Later)" payment method option. In the confirmation email, it was stated that I was going to be prompted for payment but I have not received any emails. I just want to pay for an item that was shipped to me and delivered because I had something like this happen in the past where the seller shipped an item to me and I received it and they did not charge me for it, and then they sent a message to a collections agency to get me to pay. But I digress, I just want to pay for the item that I pre-ordered and it was order number 15569. The total was $109.99.
