    Even I ordered a liquid cooling kit a 15 days back, but I'm yet to hear from TTpremium. I'm beginning to worry now and I had a similar experience with sprint order which UPS lost in transit and weren't replying to my emails and calls. I had to follow up for over a month to get a refund.
