Hi, I m just curious at this point, i ve opened like 3 different tickets requesting rma for a distro plate that arrived with an intake already cracked. It Is almost two weeks and thermaltake dind t even answered to one of them! I ve opened the tickets using the my account section of tt site https://my.thermaltake.com/csErma.aspx Is It normal for them to not anwer rma requests for this long or have i made any mistakes?? I would really like ti finish my damned liquid loop.
