I think some people call them bulkhead adapters. any ideas ???

I am building a false floor for petg water tubing. As you can see in one pic this is a test cutout in some leftover wood that I had laying around. Eventually it will be acrylic in either 1/8 or 3/16 thickness. Now in the other picture you can see an example of what the final product should look like. So my question is what parts are those from Thermaltake to have pipes insert from the tops and bottoms. Thx Steve
