On the boxes I saw printed at the buttom: @2018 for the GF1 and @2020 for the GF, does that mean GF is the newer/better product?

Hi, I have an option between Toughpower GF 850W(PS-TPD-0850FNFAGE-2) and Toughpower GF1 850W (PS-TPD-0850FNFAGE-1). I did not see many differences between them on the product page and I was wondering if it's worth getting the GF1, which I find it more expensive at my supplier. Are they very similar or does the GF1 have something that its worth the difference?
