Recently purchased the TT Pacific w7 rgb plus. The water block itself works great but the RGB failed completely. Windows 11 Amd 5800x3d, Asus Crosshair dark hero viii, xfx merc 7900 xtx graphics card The rgb contoller failed after the first day. It lite up in the morning and died the next day. This was without the software. After installing the software and following directions on this forum..nothing...it's dead. Any suggestions? Should I get help to start the RMA process on the controller?
