Problem Solved, it was a misalignment.

Ok i have power to all 3 fans, i have RGB control on all 3 fans. However, only one fan shows up in the "fan speed" section of the thermal take software, and the other 2 fans are locked at full speed.

I am an audio Engineer and i am currently migrating my systems over to the Core WP200 which I'm going to soundproof by lining it with mass-loaded vinyl, and turning the P200 base into an exhaust muffler. The problem is I need to replace the acrylic window with Tempered Glass which will transmit much less vibration due to its rigidity. I have a vendor ready to cut the glass. but I need the technical drawing of the window. Is there any help I can get on this front?
