Toughliquid 360 ultra LCD screen not turning on at all

I have done this and still nothing on screen. Tried both USB’s and both 9 pin sockets.

Toughliquid 360 ultra LCD screen not turning on at all

As stated in title, LCD screen not working/turning on at any moment. Mobo: Z790 AORUS ELITE AX (rev.1.1) Radiator and fans working and being recognized by mobo. Thought I could use screen without usb? But it didn’t turn on. Then tried usb still nothing. Help please.
