  1. Hi Jerry, Unfortuantely I cannot reach any Thermaltake authorised dealer or Thermaltake personnel. I sent a message to Thermaltake contact email - no reply I contacted local dealer - no reply. I contacted the seller in Turkey - no help. Please can you help me to contact the correct person so that I purchase original cables for my 1200W and 1650W PSUs? Many thanks.
  2. Hi TT-Jerry, I have Lian Li Galahad II Trinity Performance 360 AIO cooler and I just want to make sure I'm using the correct SATA cable. Is it ok to use SATA cables that came with the PSU or do I need a different SATA cable? Please see attached picture for connection diagram. It only says "conect to 15 pin PSU SATA". I also could not find original SATA cables of my PSUs in the market. Please could you also let me know where to buy them? Many thanks for your help.
  3. Hello, I need the part numbers of 15 pin to 6 pin SATA power cables that come with the following PSUs: 1. Toughpower GF3 1650W Gold - TT Premium Edition 2. Toughpower GF3 1200W Gold - TT Premium Edition It'll also be very useful if you can also direct me to where I can buy these cables from. Thanks
  4. Hello, I need pinout diagrams for: 1. Toughpower GF3 1650W Gold - TT Premium Edition 2. Toughpower GF3 1200W Gold - TT Premium Edition Does anybody know where to get these from? Thanks
  5. Hello, I have GF3 1200W and GF3 1650W PSUs from Thermaltake. I used some third party SATA power cables to power my SATA devices however unfortunately they are damaged. I'm not sure if the problem is the cable itself or the PSU SATA power output port or the device faulty. Do you know if if Thermaltake SATA cables are different than standard modular SATA power cables in the market? Also can it be the PSU SATA power output port problem? Thanks
  6. Thanks for the information. It'd be nice to have cables using 12vhwpr on the PSU to power GPUs having no 12vhpwr slot. The cables already support 600W which is good enough for GPUs like RTX 30 series for example. This way I could have used the limited number of PCI-e slots on the PSU (there are only 4 on my PSU) for other components, e.g. additional GPUs or additonal power for an overclocking CPU etc... I'm not sure why there is no such cable in the market. Perhaps there is a technical reason which I'm not aware of.
  7. Hello, Thermaltake is selling one of these cables. See the link below: https://www.thermaltake.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=pcie+gen+5 Is it possible with this cable to power the GPU by connecting 12vhpwr to PSU and 2x8pin PCI-e to GPU? Thanks
  8. Hello, I have Toughpower GF3 1200W PSU and I have two RTX 3090 GPUs. One of the GPU has 2 PCIe power connector and the other has 3 so a total of 5 PCIe cables are required. This means, I don't have sufficient number of PCIe slots on my PSU to power my GPUs and the CPU. Is it possible to use 12vhpwr to 2x8 pin cable bi-directionally to save PCIe slots on the PSU side? To be more precise, is it possible to connect 12vhwpr side to PSU and 2x8 pin side to GPU? Thanks.
