I just scraped together a mATX build with some spare parts plus an open box motherboard I just bought. The red LED next to the blue power LED has been flashing since I powered it on the first time and I can't figure out what it indicates; the manual doesn't say anything about it - please see the attached photo. I updated the motherboard bios, updated all the hardware drivers, checked again, rinse repeat but I'm still getting the flashing light.
