forbidden denial

I am using a Thermaltake ToughLiquid Ultra 360 AIO and it's LCD is still busted after two replacements! October 2023 - Purchased a TT AIO from a local PC dealer as part of a PC package (which includes Ceres 500 Case) November 2023 - Lower part of the AIO screen started to have issues. January 2024 - Returned for to PC dealer for RMA. Needed to purchase another AIO just so I can use my PC! January 2024 - Two weeks after the above, received the same AIO model. Had it installed and was working fine until... April 2024 - Same issue again! This is so disappointing and frustrating that I need to have this replaced again! Is there anything Thermaltake can do besides RMA for this inconvenience?!

I just received my PC with the following TT HW: 1. Toughliquid Ultra 360 AIO Liquid Cooler 2. Toughpower GF3 850W 80Plus 3. Ceres 500 with LCD Display For my motherboard I have an MSI MPG Z790 Carbon. Can anyone tell me if this should be what should show on my TT Plus 2.0 (please see below image)? If not, any solution how to fix this? Also, can I control the fan speed of my Ceres 500 fans and Liquid Cooler? It is showing as blank. Thanks in advance!
