Agreed! They have Admin posting on here everyday. They know there is an issue, and instead of facing it head-on with their customers, they choose to ignore and obfuscate. Typical corporate behavior. Until the bottom line ($) is affected, act blissfully ignorant. I suppose I'll have to return my cooler as well.

I would provide you with the information you've requested, but it won't do anything. This is not an individual specific issue. It is a software issue. And looking through the forum, it isn't a new issue. Fix your software issues.

Why hasn't TT addressed this issue? Another example of a company focusing on sales and #### anyone with issues after the fact! I'm returning and will never go with TT again. A sad joke.
