    ive had the exact same issue, keeps disconnecting from the software. just built my pc and i really dont wanna wait any longer to game on it but im thinking of returning mine as well and getting nzxt kracken.... bought mine from newegg and used a gift card so idek if i can return. really a bummer i had high hopes for TT and have had nothing but issues with corsair
