  1. Hello. I have solved the DPS G App problem. The LIBEAY32.DLL in the DPS G folder is causing the software to crash. I'm not sure what is its function, but simply deleting it would make the software work. However, I downloaded a newer version of the DLL file(1.0.2.15) and I'm using that. I have tried replacing the DLL with the same DLL version(1.0.2.8) that I've downloaded elsewhere, but the software crashes after splash screen, so this version of the DLL that is supplied with the DPS G App, which is version "1.0.2.8" is not compatible with Windows 11 apparently. The good news is that, DPS G App saves your configuration into the power supply, for example, if I choose zero fan and red RGB, next time I power on my PC, these settings are remembered and I don't have to open the app just to make them work, which is great, but with TT RGB Plus, the app has to run every time you power on your PC in order to make your changes happen. But the problem with TT RGB Plus, which causes my audio device to not function anymore remains, hope we can solve that as well.
  2. I wish there was a way to solve this. Is there any way that I could cut off the access from the app to the audio driver?
  3. Hello. I have a weird/unique problem and I am wondering how I can resolve it. My PSU is Toughpower iRGB Plus 1250 and I'm running a fresh install of Windows 11. The problem is that, when I launch TT RGB Plus, it causes some sort of problem that makes my audio card which is connected via USB to not function anymore, and the only way to solve that would be to unplug the USB and connect it again, which is, really, inconvenient, I'd have to do that everytime I start my PC(or more specifically, when I launch the TT RGB Plus), because I'd have to run TT RGB Plus in order to fix the default RGB programming and also enable zero fan function) Another problem is that, well, TT DPS G App won't launch, no matter what, because that would be another alternative to TT RGB Plus. When I launch TT DPS G, the Thermaltake logo shows up and after that it closes. I've tried disabling other services and running it, but same thing happens. Now I don't know what to do, could you please help me with this issue?
