    I dont think he done too shaby a job and can only imagine what else he may have done with access to a 3d printer etc to do this, so proud of what he achieved here, A big Thanks to Thermaltake for inviting me and him and good luck to everyone it was fun.     On the final hurdle with only 6 days to go and here is what inspired Daniel, he was at my house when i took a test drive in this (he had other plans to do some fancy with anime and candy paints, but after the test drive he was insistant he wanted it themed on this).

    The panels, I left the painting to Daniel and here is were i contributed in trying to make it pretty with the lacquer.. Daniel was able to do the feet on his own in the end after quite a few trys, not up to my standard but he needed to do this himself.

    also on the agenda was putting the aida64 screen in with custom design to match the theme as well as adding some lighted cube panels to go with the whole theme of the project.

    The last weekend was interesting with Daniel pushing hard for his tube bending, despite me doing a layout that was simple, so proud of him after 12 tubes of practice

    onto the feet of the case, these are going to be done in a simular style to the cars layout,. Daniel did not have fun putting the primer down and I have to agree, the bugs kept landing on it unlike i have ever sean

    And here we have one panel laqcured and ready to go,

    at last Daniel has put down a semi decent coat of paint without me having to re rub it down, onto attempt 4 and a lovely wet coat of performance blue, the dried color is different thanks to water based paints.

    Left for 6 minutes to come back to this, not ideal at all, but re rub down and start again.

    Day 2 was funny before laying down the colour on the panels, I gave Daniel a box of tac cloths, he decided that after dropping one it would still work.. Of course I called him a lot of names with stupid in it (sorry Dan) and made him post for this picture to show him the error in his ways. DIRT AND TACK CLOTH AND SPRAYED PANEL = scratched panel.... lucky I caught him in time.

    So we had a very intersting weekend, panels primered and prepped Daniel learned the importance of spraying the edges before the main panel

    And let me just say I really enjoyed the day watching someone else do the elbow work for once Daniel is laughing here because I actually told him this is great, me sitting back feet up drinking coffee why someone else does the elbow grease work of sanding panels ready for primer

    So its been a massive year for me hence the lack of finished photos going up, one thing leads to another and as things normalise for me again I thought I would add some shots of the rig at the end. To cut it short rig has been to plenty of places (sort of on tour) had a few issues (cracked GPU block) and would like to give a big shout out to Alphacool for stepping in to resolve these quickly. Moved home and wife gave birth to our son Aston John Patrick B (or AJ as we call him). So it has been a very crazy year and only now starting to settle, anyway enough of the issues I have had ill just leave some photos here for you guys. And that’s all folks, hope you enjoyed the rig, the changes it went through and time to crack on with my other projects its been a crazy year for me, but a very happy one.

    Sorry about any updates, changed a few things round on build (we moved home and popped out a little one).. anyway ill start with some shots of the mouse/keyboard on desk. will follow up with full shots of whole rig once monitor arrives

    Hi guys, really sorry about the lack of updates on this went through big home move and had to take rig (not fully completed to show at i55) here is a few shots of it on display at the show. I will follow up with final pictures once I have completed the tubing change over. Will follow up with more as soon as I get desk built and change over a few things, for now enjoy.
