I've downloaded both the 1.5 update and the 2.0 app and i still receive the 'please plug in gaming device' message. The 1.5 firmware update registers the mouse in the Device section after i open in administrator mode. Then it states 'Firmware is last version' I have installed the 2.0 set up 20140828 as stated else where on this site. I have put both these updates into the Tt esports Volos folder. My mother board is a Asrock z77 extreme 4. Im going round in circles with this...cant believe its this much trouble! Help please. Thanks
