    Thanks for the offer, but I've just visited my local UMart, where I purchased the keyboard, to see if they can provide any assistance, and they're currently working on it, so it isn't necessary to trouble any of your personnel. Thank you again for the offer, though.

    I recently purchased a Challenger Prime, and after receiving it today, the A key seems to require a far stronger force than any other key to activate. I wanted to check whether this was an intentional design decision or if my keyboard is damaged in some way?
