    Hi, the mouse is now working but I have no idea why haha. The only problem that I have right now is that the only profile that works it's the first one. The others doesn't do anything (doesn't change DPI,lights,etc.) Do you know what could be the problem?

    The same problem as the original poster. Buttons work, but it doesn't move. I barely moves when it's a little bit up. The problem started when I updated the firmware
