i am having this exact same problem and not only isnt it working but my computer doesnt even detect the keyboard at all in any usb port, even in 2 other pc's it wouldn't be detected

this keyboard will not work literally at all everything was fine till i wanted to change the stupid colors and now it is completely dead and will not install firmware whatsoever i am very angry with this product there should be no reason this is happening
