I'm from Germany and I have try another Keyboard on my Computer and there it works but with my Challanger Pro not.

Hallo guys, Last week I bought the TT eSports Challanger Pro! I'm really happy with this Keyboard and it's greate to play with them, but I have notices when I press the keys W + R I can't press any Key like F [1-12] is this normal or has my keyboard an error? Thank you! Sry for my bad english
